Each stall includes an equi-stall flooring system, automatic waterers, automatic fly spray system, stall guards, sliding doors, aluminum bars, swinging feed doors, and banked shavings. The outside of each stall is furnished with a blanket bar and a 3 prong brass hook.
The equi-stall flooring system is great for your horse because it supports your horses legs like rubber mats but is much more sanitary for your horse.
The barn isle way is equipped with two industrial size fans and a pitched roof to allow cross ventilation and heat to escape in the summer. The floor of the isle way is a concrete base covered by an interlocking rubber brick pavers ideal for horses legs.
There are two wash racks at the end of the barn which offer hot and cold water and the convenience of cross ties. There is also a drying shelf for bathing products and liniment baths.
There is a grooming stall in the middle of the barn which includes bridle racks, saddle racks, blanket bars, and a table that holds each individual horse's brush box. The grooming stall offers a cool place to tack your horse and clean your tack. The farrier and vet also appreciate the grooming stall.
There is a separate feed and tack room. The tack room is an air conditioned lounge equipped with a refrigerator, washer/dryer and bathroom.
There are custom built wooden saddle and bridle racks as well as a utility sink. The tack room provides a comfortable place for parents and riders to relax.
Citrus Oaks Farm offers ample grass turn out for your horse as long as weather is permitting. Pastures are safely enclosed with four board fencing and are fully irrigated. There are one 2.5 acres pasture, one 2 acre pasture, one 1 acre pasture, and 2 sand paddocks.
Citrus Oaks Farm offers riders and their horses a standard size dressage arena with excellent footing and drainage, a show jump schooling area, 30 acres for trail riding, and a path to hack or gallop your horse, around the entire property.
